Please can someone tell me. Is the winner the first person the get the correct answer?
Anyway, this has me stumped!Moderator2 on 29 Jul 2010 at 4:59 p.m. GMT
Hi MissQuin,
The main prize winner is the person to correctly identify the Mystery Figure. If more than one person identifies the Mystery Figure correctly it will go to the tie-breaker answer that you will have submitted along with your guess. Full terms and conditions can be found here (scroll to the bottom of the page).
Good luck!

Hi everyone,
I've been a lurker here for a long time, playing the Mystery Murderer game and peeking at the forums every now and then for inspiration!
Anyway, I think I've stumbled across the first part of Clue 6 - looks like it's going to be in a similar vein to Clue 5. Saying that, I'm not entirely sure I understand why it was where it was IFKWIM - I just went with a hunch based on the name Will Parish and 'accidently' ended up in the right place :-) But I'm pretty sure it's the first part of this clue...
Pat_september on 29 Jul 2010 at 8:53 p.m. GMT
Hi BuzzIBlue and congratulations!! glad to hear the clue is here... somewhere... I'm still trying to find out which part of Will Parish... or will... must i use. Otherwise very glad to be hunting for clues again!!
I won't ask what IFKWIM stands for, I think I'd like to find the clue by myself...
BuzzInBlue on 29 Jul 2010 at 9:09 p.m. GMT
Sorry, Pat_Spetember, IYKWIM = 'if you know what I mean'. Nothing more :-) Just referencing the fact that I had so clumsily explained that I didn't really know what I was doing!! :-)
Lucid_Atray on 29 Jul 2010 at 9:11 p.m. GMT
I thought it was about Peril at End House, but I was wrong :( From what book is this knife in my picture? Some of the Brazilian covers are different...
BuzzInBlue on 29 Jul 2010 at 10:15 p.m. GMT
Lucid, I think Pat_September was referring to me specifying that 'IYKWIM' wasn't a clue/spoiler, but just shorthand internet-speak...I certainly wasn't trying to give anything away at this stage! :-)
eek, I have caused all sorts of confusion sorry!

hello everybody!
i found it! this clue is going to be like the fifth was....
it was in unusual place i think but when i found it, it was more clear to me.
good luck in searching!

Congratulations BuzzinBlue and Mr west on finding the first clue! I am totally lost as usual - trying to work out whether 'Will Parish' is the name of a person or the name of an actual Parish - or something else, perhaps!
Great to be looking for clues again.

Hmmmm. I wonder if by unusual place you mean not linked to a specific story like the last few? Inspector grant, I am also trying to work out if Will Parish leads to a name or part of a name or if it means literally a will or a parish?
Well done those who have found it so far - as usual I may need the second clue to help me find the pattern.

only found the first part of the 6th clue by sheer diligence! (and I still don't get how 'will parish' points to it. Mr West, do you want to enlighten me in a private message? :x)
good luck to everyone still looking! it's not impossible to find :) i hope more people will find it so we can discuss what the heck it means!
Mr_west on 30 Jul 2010 at 2:02 p.m. GMT
you're right, i havn't think about this place when i found the clue, it was kind of luck. i have that idea but not in the first place if you look at the name of the victim you will see the answer.
when you find it you can understand how it's conact, i think nobody will think on that in the first place but it's not so hard to find it
