Christie's 120th Anniversary
2010 marks the 120th anniversary of Christie's birth year, 1890. To mark this special occasion Christie fans around the world will be taking part in a series of anniversary celebrations and events culminating in Christie Week 2010, in mid September. We have a host of events planned, but as ever we would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions on fun things to do to mark this special year. Please post all your suggestions here!

I like that idea. Some of us have written a few on here. None using Christie character's though.

I must say that I'm really enjoying the hunt for the Mystery Figure game. I'll be sorry when it ends this fall.
I think it might be fun to have short mini-mystery stories on the site that we could read and solve either just for fun or for some sort of contest, much like the mysteries here: http://www.mysterynet.com/ Perhaps some might have clues where extensive knowledge of Christie's books could help solve the mysteries. Of course, they'd need some kind of link to the Christieverse, and there's a strict taboo against writing new stories with Christie's famous characters. Perhaps the detective in these mini-mysteries could be Sven Hjerson! Who would we get to write them?
